At Sanctuary Furnishing, each piece is prepared with great care. Many of our designs are handcrafted and made to order, and shipping is treated as an extension of that craftsmanship.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within the continental United States.

Free shipping applies to all U.S. orders except:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories and offshore islands

Orders shipping to these locations may require additional freight charges. Please contact us before purchasing so we can provide a custom shipping quote.

Made-to-Order & Processing Times

Many of our pieces are crafted specifically for you.

Made-to-order items: Please allow 16 to 20 weeks for delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
In-stock items: Typically are delivered within 5 to 6 weeks.

You will receive periodic email updates on your order and current status.

Delivery Method

Due to the size, weight, and value of our furniture, most orders ship via freight or white-glove carriers.

Depending on your location and item, delivery may include:

Threshold or room-of-choice delivery
Scheduled delivery appointments
Signature required upon receipt

Specific delivery details will be communicated once your piece is ready to ship.

Inspecting Your Order

We kindly ask that you inspect your item upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

If there is any issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Islands

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and islands is not included in free shipping.
Rates vary depending on size, weight, and destination.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.
